The Montgomery County Injury Prevention program has certified car seat technicians who inspect child safety seats. Participants are educated on the proper way to install a car seat in their car, and to ensure their child is properly restrained in the car seat. Car seat checks are by appointment only. This service is free of charge and open to all residents of Montgomery County.
To schedule an appointment, call 610-278-5119, leave a message on the voice mail and you will be contacted to arrange an appointment time. Please leave your name, phone number and the number of seats to be checked (appointment times are scheduled per the number of seats being checked).
